From the simplest Highway Statement which would support small scale developments such as a single or small number of dwellings or minor change of use application to a full-scale Transport Assessment (including junction capacity analysis) which would support larger scale commercial, retail and residential developments, we are here to advise and assist you.

One of the most popular transport related reports we are asked to prepare is a Transport Statement which covers mid-range projects that do not require formal junction capacity analysis but still need to consider a wide range of potential traffic and transportation implications.

We are also able to provide advice on the development potential of land in advance of the formal planning process. This usually takes the form of an Access Appraisal or Feasibility Study. This is a popular approach taken by landowners who are considering promoting land through the Local Plan process.
