Expert Witness Services

We offer a range of expert witness services including the preparation of formal statements and Proofs of Evidence in support of the planning appeal process through the Planning Inspectorate.

This includes all forms of appeals:- Written Representations, Local Hearings and Public Inquiries. 

Our wide range of experience in providing highway expert witness advice includes planning applications, public highway closures and Public Rights of Way issues.

The professional presentation of that evidence in the case of a Local Hearing and Public Inquiry is paramount and our experience in both the public and private sectors enables us to fulfil this role. 

Another strand of our expert witness capabilities is the preparation of expert witness reports in relation to cases of neighbour disputes in connection with rights of access and their potential obstruction.  It is usual for these reports to be commissioned jointly by both parties on instruction of the Court and our reports are prepared in compliance of Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules (CRR35).
